The Solo plan's Today screen: the load on the road, what to invoice or chase, and earned and cost per mile (demo data)

What changes for you

  • IFTA is a shoebox and a bad weekendEvery plan

The complete quarterly IFTA workspace is on Solo. Fuel tax is never held back to push an upgrade. Mileage comes from your routes or manual entry; fuel receipts are entered by hand or imported from your fuel-card file, and you verify each one. Gap checks flag fuel with no miles and miles with no fuel before you file, and the IFTA Audit-Armor report is there if you are asked to prove it.

  • Getting paid takes chasingEvery plan

Mark the load delivered and the draft invoice is written for you, with tax resolved from the destination province. Send it with its document packet, work the collections desk and customer statements, and if you factor, record your factor, their remit-to address and each schedule of accounts in Lanexa.

  • You don't know what the truck really costsEvery plan

Rate per mile on every load. Enter the truck's monthly fixed costs once and Truck 360 sets them against revenue, miles and verified fuel for a true cost per mile — and where an input is missing it shows a dash and names the gap instead of printing a flattering number. Toll estimates for crossings and Highway 407 sit on the load.

  • Every crossing and every broker is a guessEvery plan

Live CBP and CBSA commercial booth waits, refreshed every 30 minutes. The Bank of Canada CAD / USD rate on every cross-border invoice. Weather warnings for your lanes. And live FMCSA lookups by DOT number, MC number or legal name before you take the load.

  • Customers call to ask where the load isEvery plan

Every load can publish a tracking link your customer opens with no account and no password. Documents go out as time-limited share links, and a document request link lets a shipper or receiver upload a missing paper from their phone, filed straight onto the load.

Is Solo really CAD $5 (US$3.50) a month?

Solo is CAD $5 (US$3.50) a month billed annually, or CAD $6.25 (US$4.38) month to month, and it starts with 90 days free.

During the early bird, annual billing is CAD $2.50 (US$1.75) a month for the first year. Its limits are 1 truck, 1 office user, 30 loads a month (soft cap), 50 outbound document emails a month. Going over the load cap shows a meter and asks you to upgrade — a cap never produces a bill.

Does Solo include IFTA?

Yes — the complete quarterly fuel-tax workspace: mileage from your routes or manual entry, fuel receipts and fuel-card import, gap checks before you file, and the IFTA Audit-Armor report.

Lanexa prepares the quarter; you file the return with your base jurisdiction.

What happens when I add a second truck?

Solo holds one truck, and the software will not add a second one.

Start covers 2 to 9 trucks at CAD $119 (US$83) a month flat, with driver texting, driver pay and unlimited office users. Moving up is a plan change on the same company, so your loads, invoices and records stay where they are.

Can my invoices be in French?

Yes. Set your company's document language to French and invoices, bills of lading and proofs of delivery are generated in French — Québec Bill 96, handled from Solo.

One truck. A real back office.
