  • Live · built inBorder

CBP and CBSA border wait times

    Every plan
  • Live · built inCurrency

    Bank of Canada exchange rate

CAD / USD at the Bank of Canada rate on cross-border work, so every load in the other currency converts at a real published rate.

Texts, calls and WhatsApp messages go out from a number set up for your company, and replies land on the load's thread.

  • Provided by LanexaMessaging

    Text messages and voice calls

Driver texting by SMS from your company's own number, with replies threaded onto the load. On Fleet, voice alert calls and the driver panic button. Carried by Twilio.

Reach drivers on the app they already have. Send the assignment with the load summary PDF, request a document, run a status check — each with quick-reply buttons — and the replies land on the load in Lanexa.

    Stripe

Most of the work happens inside one record.

Invoicing, driver pay, accounts payable, fuel tax, border paperwork and — on Fleet — the general ledger are modules of Lanexa, not connections to something else. The invoice is built from the delivery, driver pay from the trip that ran and the IFTA quarter from miles already recorded, so there is less to wire together.

Each connection runs on its own, so if one feed pauses, the rest of Lanexa keeps working.

Integration questions

Does Lanexa work with QuickBooks?

Yes. From the Start plan, invoices, payments and carrier bills go from Lanexa straight into your QuickBooks Online company.

Which ELDs does Lanexa work with?

On the Fleet plan, Samsara and Geotab. Connect your own account for GPS positions and, where enabled, hours-of-service clocks, plus per-jurisdiction IFTA distance from Geotab.

Does Lanexa prepare eManifests?

Yes. Border Desk, on Fleet, prepares the ACE and ACI eManifest packet, ready to file, with the PARS and PAPS references, the barcoded paperwork and the broker loop.

Does Lanexa support EDI?

Yes. EDI is an add-on module that runs through our EDI partner, and we set it up with your trading partners.

Loads also come in through the booking sheet, CSV import for loads and customers, accepted quotes and, from Start, AI rate-confirmation import from an uploaded PDF.

Do I need my own PC*MILER licence?

Yes. PC*MILER mileage and toll costs run on your own licence key, from the Start plan.

Without it, Lanexa uses its other mileage sources.
