Four things Lanexa does on purpose.

Plenty of software can show you a list of loads. These four are decisions about how freight software should behave — and each one is checkable rather than asserted, so each page also says where the claim stops.

Every capability, counted and published.

Every capability in the product is catalogued at the grain of one control, field, tile, column or disclosed number, counted and published in the capability registry.

What makes Lanexa different from other transportation management systems?

Four decisions, each checkable on its own page: the border is planned from the load itself, the books post themselves from the work on Fleet, the AI writes report definitions but never computes a number, and company data is kept apart by the database on every query.

Each page also says where the claim stops.

How does Lanexa handle ACE and ACI eManifests?

Border Desk prepares the ACE or ACI data, the control numbers, the barcoded paper and the broker packet, ready to file, and the Filing Assistant lays every value out in the government portal's own field order.

Is the general ledger on every Lanexa plan?

No — it is on Fleet and Enterprise. Invoicing is on every plan, and from Start, invoices, payments and carrier bills push one way into QuickBooks Online.

Does the AI see my company's data?

No. Ask Lanexa receives your question and returns a report that the engine runs under your own permissions.

Rate-confirmation import reads only the PDF you upload, and the daily brief is written from a summary of your business.

Can another Lanexa customer see my data?

No. The database returns only the records of the companies you are a member of, on every request, and your most sensitive records cannot be reached from a browser at all.

Book the load. The rest follows.
