Compared to how you work today.

Lanexa next to the setups carriers already run: spreadsheets and email, a dispatch tool plus accounting, or a TMS plus a customs service.

Including us. Here are our answers.

Each of these has a specific answer. Here are ours.

Does it post to a general ledger, or export to one?

On Fleet and up, Lanexa posts double-entry to its own general ledger the moment an invoice, payment, carrier bill, paid settlement or verified fuel receipt exists.

From Start, invoices, payments and carrier bills also push one way into QuickBooks Online.

What happens to the books when I void an invoice?

In Lanexa's ledger, the invoice's postings come out and the balances move with them.

An invoice with money already against it cannot be voided at all — it takes a credit memo, and both need a typed reason.

Can you show me what is live?

Yes. Every capability is counted in the capability registry, module by module, with how many of each are live.

Who can see rates and margins?

Roles decide it. The dispatcher role does not include rate visibility, and rates, margins and totals are masked on the load ledger and dashboard for roles without it.

Visibility is set per person, per company.

What does Border Desk do for a crossing?

On Fleet, Border Desk assembles the ACE or ACI data, control numbers, barcoded paper and broker packet for each crossing, ready to file, and checks it against the one-hour clock.

What happens to my records if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. A lapsed trial or a cancellation falls back to Solo with every record intact, and a pause of up to 180 days keeps everything readable.

We compare setups rather than named products, and our own capability list is published in full, so every claim we make about Lanexa can be checked.
