Documents, request links and a customer tracking link are part of Lanexa, on every plan. Here is one missing POD, start to finish.

A missing POD shows on the load. One click makes a no-login upload link, with a note for the driver. It expires when you say, or as soon as it's used.

The link opens in the phone's browser. No app, no login. Photos are compressed on the phone, so they send on a weak signal.
POD on fileThe POD lands on the load it belongs to, next to the BOL and the customs papers, with how it came in and when.
On every plan: documents, request links and a customer tracking link. No separate document app to connect or pay for. Send the link by text or WhatsApp from Lanexa (Start and up), or copy it into any message.

Synced to QuickBooks OnlinePlans:StartFleetEnterprise
Works with QuickBooks Online®
Invoices, payments and carrier bills go into QuickBooks Online when you press send.
Your accountant sees them in the books they already use.
Every cost against every truckPlans:Every plan
True cost of every truck
Revenue each truck earned, less driver pay, carrier costs, fuel, maintenance and its share of what it costs to own: payment, insurance and plates.
A truck with a cost missing is flagged, never scored as free. Every load shows its rate per mile when you book it.
Plans:Every plan
Customer tracking, built in
A tracking link is built in on every plan: your customer checks a load’s status without an account. Nothing extra to buy.
Documents are built in too, from the rate confirmation to the POD, with a version history on regenerated invoices and BOLs.
Q3 · 14 jurisdictionsPlans:Every plan
IFTA, even for one truck
Miles by province and state, the tax, the return and the audit exports, on Solo too.
Solo takes the miles you enter. Higher plans fill them from routes and ELDs.
Earnings, deductions, netPlans:StartFleetEnterprise
Driver pay and settlements
Settlement runs calculated from delivered loads and trips, with itemised pay lines, two-person approval and a statement for every driver.
Earnings and deductions are previewed before approval, and every extra line carries a reason.
Your spreadsheets, imported for youPlans:Every plan
Switching is easy
Send your spreadsheets, in any format, to support@lanexa.io and we map and import them for you.
Loads and customers land on the same record everything else uses.

If your yard, warehouse, repair-shop or 3PL system has an API, we build the connection to your Lanexa records. Fleet and Enterprise.
It covers quoting, customers, dispatch, trips, fleet and drivers, documents, border paperwork, compliance and IFTA, invoicing, accounts payable, driver pay, the general ledger, analytics and driver messaging — as one shipment record rather than several systems reconciled by hand.
Start is CAD $119 (US$83) a month billed annually, or $149 (US$104) month to month, for up to nine trucks with unlimited office users. Fleet is CAD $399 (US$279) a month for the first 10 trucks, then $40 (US$28) per active truck, billed annually ($499 (US$349) and $50 (US$35) month to month). Enterprise is priced by arrangement. Annual billing saves 20%. Prices are in Canadian dollars; US dollar figures are a guide at a fixed 0.70. During the early bird, new customers get 50% off: the first 12 months on annual plans and the first 3 months on monthly plans. Solo’s early bird is on annual billing only, which makes Solo CAD $30 (US$21) for its first year. WhatsApp for your fleet is an add-on on Start and Fleet, and included on Enterprise.
A truck that sits parked all month is not billed, and trailers are never billed.
Fuel tax is never held back to push an upgrade. Driver texting, driver pay, Border Desk and more office users come with Start and Fleet.
Start and Fleet include 30 days free with no card required. When a Start or Fleet trial ends you get seven days read-only, then the account falls back to Solo with every record intact. Nothing is deleted.
Nothing to download, nothing to update.
Yes, with the WhatsApp add-on. A photo a driver sends in a load's thread is filed against that load and waits in a review queue, where someone in the office names it — BOL, POD — in one click.
Yes. From the Start plan, Lanexa sends invoices, payments and carrier bills straight into QuickBooks Online, so your books stay current without retyping.
Yes. On the Fleet plan, Lanexa connects to your Samsara or Geotab account for live GPS positions and, where enabled, hours-of-service clocks and Geotab IFTA distance.
Yes. Border Desk, on Fleet, prepares the ACE and ACI packets, the PARS and PAPS references and the broker loop, ready to file, and checks every crossing against the one-hour clock.
Planning a big move? Write to support@lanexa.io and we will help you bring it across.
Cancelling from Settings drops you to Solo at the end of the period, and a lapsed trial falls back to Solo too. Every path ends in read-only or a smaller plan.
Load board integration is coming in the next upgrade.
Card numbers never touch Lanexa; they go straight to the payment processor.
