Price it, cover it, pay for it — on the load you already booked.

Lanexa is a carrier's system, not a broker platform with the trucks taken out.

What changes for you

  • Quotes live in emailStart and up

The quote builder shows what you have charged on this lane before, what this customer paid last time, how often you win the lane, and whether the rate is under your own cost per mile. The customer accepts on a public page with no account; Lanexa records who accepted, when, from what internet address and for exactly what amount, and a clean acceptance becomes the load. Unanswered quotes expire on their own, with a warning 48 hours before.

  • Credit exposure shows up lateStart and up

Set a credit limit per customer and Lanexa computes what they owe from live invoices, not a stored figure. A customer over their limit has an online acceptance parked and a booking refused, with both figures named. A dispatcher cannot override the hold; an accounting role can, and the override is logged.

  • Is the carrier who they say they are?Every plan · partner files on Fleet

Live FMCSA QCMobile lookups by DOT number, MC number or legal name, from the booking path, on every plan. On the interline desk each partner carries a file — authority numbers, border identities, insurance expiries, payment terms and factoring — and Lanexa points out what is missing.

  • Covering a load is a phone call and a spreadsheetFleet and up

The interline desk records each offer to a partner carrier with its clock and tracks the answer — covered, declined, expired or fell through — with sell, buy and margin on every tender. It builds the rate confirmation PDF, files it on the load and emails it from your own address. A load with your own driver on it cannot be tendered until that driver is unassigned, so nobody is paid for a trip a partner ran.

  • The carrier bill gets paid as sentStart and up · automatic partner bills on Fleet

When a partner delivers an interlined load, Lanexa raises the bill you owe them in accounts payable by itself, for a person to approve. Any carrier bill above its rate confirmation is held until someone accepts the difference with a written reason.

Is Lanexa a freight-broker TMS?

It is built for carriers, and it covers the brokering a carrier does: quotes, customer credit, carrier checks, covering loads with partner carriers and paying them.

EDI is available as an add-on module. If brokerage is your whole business, talk to us before you choose a plan.

Can I check a carrier's authority before I tender a load?

Yes. Lanexa runs live FMCSA QCMobile lookups by DOT number, MC number or legal name from the booking path, on every plan, with a daily allowance that grows with the plan.

On Fleet, each interline partner also carries a file with authority numbers and insurance expiries.

How does a partner carrier get the rate confirmation?

Lanexa builds the rate confirmation PDF, files it on the load and emails it from your own sender address.

When the partner returns it signed, the signed copy goes on the load's file.

How is a partner carrier paid?

On Fleet, when the partner delivers an interlined load, Lanexa raises the bill you owe them in accounts payable for a person to approve, so the customer's invoice and the partner's bill sit on the same shipment.

A bill that comes in above its rate confirmation is held until someone accepts the difference with a reason.

Quote it, cover it, pay the rate you agreed.
